While the review half-jokes about one being in the habit of eating out with 25 people, I *do* actually eat out with about 14 people once a week. In the interest of time, I could see using this app to figure out the tip and how much each person owes so yeah, unlike those above, I don't actually think this is a useless app. ;) While I’m perfectly capable of calculating 15 or 20% in my head, the feature that is appealing to me is the split the check feature. Tip calculators are for three types of people: (a) the extremely thrifty who refuse to risk over-tipping, (b) people who love the novelty of this kind of thing, and (c) mathematical morons. I'm a little bit of all of those! But there's one way I definitely would NOT use Tipulator, and that would be on a date (unless it's already gone down the crapper). Haha, very true.
