Hi Guys

I love this little app, but I have one problem. I purchased it to remind me of birthdays. If you leave it without loading it for a few weeks, it won't add a count to the Home Screen if a birthday is due. I missed a friends Birthday recently. I have it ticked in the settings. The only way I can get it to count is to load the app, then it adds the count to the home screen. Might be doing something wrong?

Hi Chris,

Yes, the option of repeating events is built into the program.

If the event is pulled from the Address book (say a Birthday or Anniversary) it is auto repeating.

Entries that you put in your self can be entered daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Wonderful app!

I'm considering getting the app, does it have the option of repeating events such as birthdays or weekly events?

Hi Michael,

I got your email on EventHorizon. Ooops! I'm sorry about that. I meant to say Address Book app instead of Calendar app. I went back and made the correction keeping the strikethrough on the Calendar part. I also put an edit date on the correction. I hope that's okay.

Got this from Percula Software:
--------------------------------------------------------------
Hi, thanks for your nice review of EventHorizon. One thing though, in your review you mention that EventHorizon can bring over events from the built-in calendar, but unfortunately this is not true. EventHorizon can only import dates from the address book, NOT the calendar.
This is because Apple do not provide any access at all to the built-in calendar, which I mention in the app description.

I'm a bit concerned that your review might annoy people by telling them it can do something that it can't, would it be possible for you to take that line out?

Thanks,

Charles

That's the reason for the strikeout text. Thanks for the correction Charles!
