    I agree with CoachPete. I NEVER get one either.
    I guess people sit there refreshing and grab the codes before others get a chance.

    I vote for a registration system that only allows you one code a week, month, whatever, so people will grab the code they really want instead of grabbing everything. We all know that if you leave it open like this the same greedy people will take it all.
